Psalm 29

The voice of the Lord is so powerful that it shakes the wilderness and splits the cedars, and yet can be so tender to cause the deer to give birth.

Power

They answered him, “Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus said to them, “I am he.” Judas, who betrayed him, was standing with them. When Jesus said to them, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground. (John 18:5-6)

Tenderness

And they laughed at him. But he put them all outside and took the child's father and mother and those who were with him and went in where the child was. Taking her by the hand he said to her, “Talitha cumi,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” And immediately the girl got up and began walking (for she was twelve years of age), and they were immediately overcome with amazement. (Mark 5:40-42)
Christ is the Word of God (John 1:1), and when He speaks, He speaks with God's voice.
